Disassemble Wii Power Supply for Fuse Replacement
Here's a basic guide to opening the Wii's PSU. Be warned that power supplies are very dangerous to work with. I would never think to service anything other than the fuse on one.
The first step is to unplug the power supply. Hopefully this is obvious, but it's possible to forget.
The PSU uses proprietary screws, which I did not have a screwdriver for, so I used a dremel to cut a slit into the screw and used a flathead screwdriver to remove it.

Just remove the two screws and then you can pry the two halves apart. I did this by inserting a sturdy screwdriver into the hole as leverage and then prying with a flathead.

The PCB also lifts right out. It is not attached in any way.

The fuse is 2.5A 250V. You can check if it is damaged with a multimeter. It has two pins coming from it which you can access underneath the PCB. Set your meter to measure Ohms and put one prong on each pin. If it measures 0 Ohms, the fuse is still in tact. If not, it will need to be replaced. To replace it, simply desolder both pins and replace it with another fuse with the same rating.
